Music Monday - 20100823

For some time now i have felt a passion for the Character of God.  While i feel inadequate to teach, or even express my own desire or opinion on such a subject, recently i went ahead and shared these thoughts with my Pastor.  A little while later i was approached by our Youth Pastor about possibly joining his team.  I thought and prayed about it, and after letting him know i was not one to get all hyper and goofy (for lack of a better word coming to mind).  To be honest i am not even sure how i will fit in, but... we shall see. 8)

In any event this song came to mind and it just "felt" right to be used for my Music Monday offering...

Your Name
by Phillips, Craig, and Dean
Album: Top of My Lungs, INO Records

As morning dawns and evening fades
You inspire songs of praise
That rise from earth to touch Your heart and glorify Your Name

Your Name is a strong and mighty tower
Your Name is a shelter like no other
Your Name, let the nations sing it louder
'Cause nothing has the power to save
But Your Name

Jesus, in Your Name we pray
Come and fill our hearts today
Lord, give us strength to live for You and glorify Your Name

Your Name is a strong and mighty tower
Your Name is a shelter like no other
Your Name, let the nations sing it louder
'Cause nothing has the power to save but Your Name

Your Name is a strong and mighty tower
Your Name is a shelter like no other
Your Name, let the nations sing it louder
'Cause nothing has the power to save but
(Nothing has the power)

Your Name is a strong and mighty tower
Your Name is a shelter like no other
Your Name, let the nations sing it louder
'Cause nothing has the power to save but Your Name

You know, kids just love adults with ADHD. It might be just the thing for you!

Am doing as well as expected and perhaps even a little better.

There is still a very long road ahead.

Patience...a virtue I missed....

SO BORED.....

This too shall pass.
